What Does The Lake Area Chamber Do?

Here at the Lake Area Chamber, our goal is to serve as a voice, resource, and marketing partner for all of our members. We work hard each and every day to focus on the betterment of our organization as a whole, as well as each individual member. Our Lake of the Ozarks chamber offers a number of benefits for our members, but many people still wonder exactly what we do to help in the area. Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals

Our annual car show is quite the hit with locals and tourists. Bringing people to the Lake area from all over, it's a great draw for our area. We offer sponsorship opportunities for this weekend event - getting YOUR name out in front of a TON of potential customers. Whether your primary market is Lake of the Ozarks residents or those visiting from out of town, it's a great way to gain exposure for your business!

Midwest Wine & Brew Fest

Another fun annual event, the Midwest Wine & Brew Fest brings visitors to the Lake of the Ozarks from all over the state. With wine and brew samples from local vendors, it's a great way to taste some local favorites and enjoy a relaxing afternoon. In addition to drink samples, we also have food and collectible vendors available for your enjoyment. This festival is just another way the Lake Area Chamber helps to bring people to our great area.

Cocktails & Caddies Golf Tournament

One of the most entertaining golf tournaments of the year - Cocktails and Caddies is always a huge hit! A team of three women bid on their fourth player - the caddy. It's a fun way to spend an afternoon networking with fellow area businesses and gain exposure for your business with sponsorship opportunities.

Home, Lifestyle, & Sport Show

Get out and meet your customers (and potential customers) at our annual Home, Lifestyle, & Sport Show. This is NOT your average trade show! With live demonstrations and other vendor booth options, it's a great way to draw attention to your business and highlight your products or services. Make a lasting impression on locals and visitors alike.

Monthly Networking Socials

Each month our chamber partners with a member to host our monthly networking social. It's the ideal way to come out and meet fellow members and future members. Easily gain exposure for your business by attending one of our networking events and meeting new people. It's also a great way to re-connect with other members that you may have not seen in a while!

Educational Opportunities

With a number of educational seminars throughout the year, our chamber works hard to provide important and relevant information for our members. A wide varieties of topics are covered with our educational opportunities and we look forward to sharing this great resource with your business.

Young Professionals at the Lake

As a branch off the Lake Area Chamber, our Young Professionals at the Lake (YPL) focuses on up and coming businesses that are the future of our area. This group participates in a number of fund raisers and events throughout the year. Many of their meetings consist of a lunch and learn session, where an informative speaker will be featured. It's a great way to get the future of the Lake involved in the community!
