About the Annual Dinner:

YOU'RE INVITED! Join us at the Lodge of Four Seasons for a social (5:30p-6:30p), dinner (6:30p), and program & awards (7:00p-8:30p). Get into the festive theme of "Kentucky Derby". Wear your best derby attire and don't forget the hat! It's a fun way to celebrate all the accomplishments of the Lake Area Chamber of Commerce over the past year. The program is sure to entertain our guests, as well!

"We're ready at the Gate, You don't want to be late. In all your Sunday Best, pulling these horses to test. Toasting Glass in Hand, someone will win the prize for a hat so grand."

Fall Annual Dinner Menu:

- Chicken Marsala
Pan-Seared Chick Breast with Thyme Marsala Jus
- Pan-Seared Soy Glazed Salmon
Gingered Salmon Filet with a Garlic Soy Sauce
- Apple Brined Pork Loin
Slow Roasted Apple Brined Pork Loin with an Apple Rosemary Glaze
- Fettuccine Primavera
Fettuccine Pasta tossed with Seasonal Vegetables in Marinara Sauce
Entrees include House salad with choice of two dressings and roasted red potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables and Chef's featured dessert.


Tickets:

Tickets are available for individual chamber members at $50 per person. Non-member tickets are $60 per person.
